1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using BOLShip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

BOLShip is an embedded Shopify app designed to generate Bill of Lading (BOL) PDF documents from your Shopify orders and product catalog.

3. Freight Class & Shipper Responsibility

BOLShip provides a density-based freight class calculation estimate to assist with LTL shipping configuration. Freight class estimates are provided for informational purposes only. Shippers bear sole responsibility for verifying compliance with carrier tariffs, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and applicable carrier rules before tendering freight.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

BOLShip offers a Free Plan (up to 20 freight orders per month) and a Pro Plan ($19.99/month for unlimited generation). Billing is processed securely through Shopify's Billing API in accordance with Shopify App Store Merchant Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

BOLShip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall BOLShip be liable for carrier reclassification fees, detention charges, or shipping claim disputes resulting from user-selected shipment parameters.
